My husband and I were home when our apartment complex (yes, the entire complex) was destroyed by the April 27th tornado that cut across Alabama. Afterwards, my husband was able to provide our neighbors with medical aid thanks to the training he received from his WFR certification through Wilderness Medical Associates.

Derek's ability to provide emergency medical care was absolutely crucial. The damage done to the town by this tornado was so extensive that our area was not accessible to professional first responders for nearly two hours, and at that point the local hospitals were overwhelmed, the few undamaged roads were clogged with traffic, emergency medical supplies were running out, and another tornado was on its way. Throughout it all, Derek was able to rely on his training to stay calm and provide care to the injured.

Based on our experiences that day, I know I want to become a WFR as well - and I am choosing Landmark Learning as my instruction provider. I have known several of Landmark's students, and I am impressed by the strength of community that exists in this organization.

Best regards,
Susan @ Rock. River. Run.

OK, you got me. I will start at the top of your list and work my way down. I may however, not go in order of the list if that is ok with you.
